Excuse the poor quality of the picture...I think I have yet another broken camera. :(  This canvas was made for a sweet family going through the adoption process.  They wanted something neutral that would work for either gender.  It's been awhile since I've done a canvas this large, and I look forward to doing more!

This 16x20 canvas was made to match a Dr. Seuss themed first birthday.  I haven't seen a Dr. Seuss birthday party, and I think it's such a cute and original idea!  Not to mention the fact that I am a little obsessed with the whole "red & aqua" thing right now, so I was excited about this canvas!

So after you ignore the fact that this picture is taken on top of my down comforter...you can move on to the story behind it.  I was contacted by this sweet woman, Riki, about making a canvas for a dear friend of hers.  She wanted me to make a canvas for the family of a boy who had passed away at three weeks old.  November 27th was the year anniversary of his passing, and Riki wanted something special to give the family to celebrate Gabe's life.  This verse is the couples' favorite verse, and I was honored to be a part of such a special gift!
